Veryable, Inc. Settlement of Unpaid Wages Allegations

YOUR IMMIGRATION STATUS DOES NOT IMPACT YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE PAYMENT UNDER THIS SETTLEMENT.

You are entitled to receive a payment of penalties because you worked through Veryable, Inc.’s platform in Illinois.

The Office of the Attorney General of Illinois (OAG) brought a lawsuit against Veryable alleging it failed to properly pay its workers in accordance with Illinois law, including alleged failure to pay workers overtime wages. This Lawsuit followed an investigation by the OAG. The OAG reached a settlement of the OAG’s lawsuit against Veryable. This Settlement includes the payment in owed wages and other compensation, less applicable tax withholdings. The payment was calculated or approved by the OAG and is based on the findings of the OAG investigation.
